Ingredients for a perfect Valentine's Day:
2 pieces of heart-shaped toast with strawberry jam for breakfast
1 piece of that toast that falls on your foot as you lock the door on your way to school and it leaves a perfect heart shape jam mark on your sock (kind of hard to see in the picture, but it was pretty cute!)

1 loving husband
28 little red hearts left around the house last Saturday with love notes for husband to find
1 husband finding heart number 28 as he crawls into bed on Valentine's Day

2 tall white candles and a vase with pink carnations
1 roast
4 twice-baked potatoes
A handful of steamed asparagus with ranch
1 bag of baguette bread slices
Red punch

Strawberry ice cream, peanut butter cookies, and a snuggle on the couch while you watch a movie.

that's so funny that the jam left a heart shape on your sock
sounds like a fun day! I must totally be a mom because the sight of red punch immediately had me thinking, "but what if you spill on the carpet?!"
What a perfect Valentine's Day!! And the spot on your sock is so funny - it really is heart shaped :).
candle light dinners are the right way to start of each Valentine's Day so don't slip-up!
