*sigh* nevermind

I waited an entire week and a half after we put our offer in on that lot to tell people about it.
I was tired of announcing "this is it!" and then having it fall through.

Oh the irony.
Only half an hour after my last post,
Kent called me.
The realtor had called him...

Some legal issues...there's a hold on the lot.
It could be lifted,
but it might take a few months,
and it might not ever happen.

So, there goes dream lot #5.

I'm starting to think maybe, just maybe this is just not what we are supposed to do?

Ouch. So sorry. I was just admiring the photos in your previous post -- the area looks really pretty.

I would be feeling the same way after strike number 5! Have you looked at any existing homes?

We had some bad luck in the beginning, too. Sellers who didn't really want to sell . . . but that's a whole other story. Good luck with everything. I hope something turns up soon!

Oh no! I completely understand, I feel like that is how our house hunt is going. It's so hard not to get excited about it! Guess that's when we are grateful for what we do have, right? I loved your post a few days ago about that! Good luck and don't give up!

Oh no!! I read your other post this morning and thought "I'm glad they waited until it was a for sure thing this time so it won't turn out to be such a let down." Guess I shouldn't have had such a thing... Keep at it. Something will work out and usually it works out better than we ever could have imagined, right?

Miss you!

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that. How frustrated you must feel. I have no advice, but I do know that the Lord is with you and that He does have a plan for you in regards to this home/building situation.
