two months
I was reading a handout from the doctor's office that said that a baby should double his birthweight by somewhere around 6 months of age.
Nicholas was born at 7 lbs, 6 oz.
Two days ago, he weighed in at 12 lbs, 15 oz.
Yeah, he's a little ahead of schedule.

ReplyDeleteI've decided that I must have skim milk... now that Oliver is done nursing he is finally starting to chunk up. He will be six months old in a week and weighs 13 pounds... about the same as your Nicholas :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with the comment above. Bigger is better, but it sure does make then grown up even faster!
My Derek was a big boy too - don't be surprised if Nicolas is in 12 month clothes at 6 months old :).
